The 13.1 mile run takes off from the banks of Missouri River in St. Charles, Missouri, and takes runners on a winding course through the area's most historic neighborhoods, then one of its most progressive locales in New Town. The race returns back to the shores of the river, where family and friends have plenty of space to cheer runners to the finish line.
