The MO’ Cowbell is a great choice for runners and walkers of all ages and abilities and with a variety of goals. It’s flat and fast which is great for everyone and especially nice for first-timers. The race can also serve as a great tune-up for future races. There is no better experience than running in atmosphere where you’ll have others running next to you lots and lots of people and cowbells for mile after mile.
We want all of our participants to be ready for race day so we’ve created some MO’ Cowbell-specific training plans that will have you fit enough to take on every one of those 13.1 miles on October 6.

We also encourage you to join us on various Sundays for group long runs on the Katy Trail. This year’s running group schedule will be released closer to MO’ Cowbell. We will be joining the Big River Training Team so we expect a large turnout.
