The MO’ Cowbell has different races perfect for runners and walkers of all ages and abilities and with a variety of goals. Whatever your skill level we have a specifically designed training schedule for you!

We also encourage you to join us on various Sundays for group long runs on the Katy Trail.  This year’s running group schedule will be released closer to MO’ Cowbell.  We will be joining the Big River Training Team and expect a large turnout.
